TUBAMANPlus is pleased to announce that we have begun offering Tax-Free Shopping primarily for customers residing overseas.
Until now, all customers were required to pay consumption tax, but going forward, eligible customers will be able to shop at tax-free prices.

・Foreign nationals residing outside Japan who enter the country under a “short-term stay” status and whose stay does not exceed 6 months
・Japanese nationals who have resided outside Japan for 2 years or longer and who are entering Japan within 6 months

・Total purchases of ¥5,000 (before tax) or more in a single day

【Other Conditions】
・Tax-free items purchased may not be used within Japan during your stay.
・General goods (e.g., instruments, cases) may be opened in Japan.
・Consumables (e.g., oils) must remain sealed and be taken out of Japan unopened.
・Certain items may not be eligible for export depending on regulations.

【Procedure】
At our store, we use the Pie VAT tax-free shopping system.
You will first pay the full amount including tax, and then receive a refund afterward through the refund system.
Tax-free procedures must be completed in-store at the time of purchase, so we kindly ask for your cooperation.
Please note that the entire consumption tax will not be refunded. A system usage fee will be deducted, and the refunded amount will vary depending on the item and purchase value.
In general, the system usage fee is approximately 2%–4% of the product price.

・Online shopping is not eligible for tax-free purchases.
・Items shipped overseas are not eligible. The purchaser must personally carry the goods out of Japan.

・一般物品（楽器本体・ケースなど）は開封可能ですが、消耗品（オイルなど）は未開封のまま日本国外に持ち出す必要があります。
・商品によっては日本国外に持ち出せない場合があります。

【手続きについて】
当店では免税ショッピングシステム 「Pie VAT」 を採用しております。
ご購入時にはいったん税込金額をお支払いいただき、その後リファンド方式にて返金されます。
免税手続きは店頭にて行っていただきますので、ご協力をお願いいたします。

なお、消費税が全額返金されるわけではなく、システム利用料が差し引かれた金額が返金されます。
手数料は金額や商品によって異なりますが、概ね 商品価格の2％〜4％ がシステム利用料となります。
